Terms and Conditions – Spribe Win Platform Rules

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and Spribe Win ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") regarding your use of the website at spribewin.win and all associated services, games and features. By accessing the platform, creating an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use the platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

Spribe Win reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify players of material changes via a notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the current Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use Spribe Win you must create a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address and contact number. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

Eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering for personal use only, not on behalf of another person or a business entity.
• You are permitted to hold one account only. If multiple accounts are detected linked to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and balances voided.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close associate of Spribe Win.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal. Verification documents may include a copy of your CNIC, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. We may request updated verification documents at any time at our discretion.

3. Deposits

All deposits are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Spribe Win supports the following deposit methods:

• JazzCash — instant processing
• Easypaisa — instant processing
• Raast — interbank instant transfer
• Bank Transfer — standard banking timelines apply
• Debit and Credit Cards — standard card processing timelines
• Mobile Wallets — subject to individual wallet processing speeds

Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply per method and are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction. Spribe Win does not charge deposit fees from our side, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned. Deposited funds may only be used on the Spribe Win platform and cannot be transferred to another player account.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Withdrawal page in your account. All withdrawals are paid in PKR and returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. In cases where that method is unavailable, an alternative may be agreed with the support team.

Processing timelines (approximate):

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Typically within minutes of approval
• Raast: Near-instant interbank transfer post-approval
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days
• Cards: 2–5 business days depending on your bank

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification being complete. Unverified accounts will be asked to complete KYC before the first withdrawal is processed. Subsequent withdrawals on verified accounts are processed without additional document requests unless our compliance team flags a review.

Spribe Win does not place arbitrary holds on winning accounts. If you have met the wagering requirements on any applicable bonus and your account is in good standing, your withdrawal will be processed in the normal timeline. Minimum withdrawal amounts per method are shown on the Withdrawal page.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Spribe Win offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All active promotions are listed on the Promotions page. Each offer carries its own specific terms including a wagering requirement, expiry date and list of eligible games. These individual promotion terms form part of these overall Terms and Conditions and must be read alongside them.

General bonus rules applicable to all promotions:

• Bonuses are issued to the player account they were claimed on and may not be transferred.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Spribe Win reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if a bonus was claimed in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
• Bonuses cannot be used to meet the minimum deposit threshold for another bonus unless explicitly stated in that promotion's terms.
• Free bets and free spins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money directly — only winnings generated from their use may be withdrawn, subject to wagering requirements.
• If a player withdraws their deposit before meeting the wagering requirement of a claimed bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6. Sports Betting Rules

Spribe Win's sportsbook covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series), Football, Esports and other sports as listed on the Betting page. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement unless the market is voided by Spribe Win.
• In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change rapidly during live events — the odds shown at confirmation are the odds applied to your bet.
• If an event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules may apply to certain competitions.
• Accumulator bets require all legs to win for the bet to pay out. If one or more legs are voided, the accumulator is recalculated without the voided leg(s).
• Spribe Win reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a technical error caused incorrect odds to be displayed.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply per event and per market. Limits are displayed in the betting interface before confirmation.
• Arbitrage betting, matched betting using platform funds and systematic exploitation of pricing errors are prohibited and may result in account restriction.

Cricket betting markets — particularly PSL and T20 international matches — are among the most active on the platform. Players are encouraged to read the specific market rules displayed on each event page before placing larger bets.

7. Game Rules

All games available on Spribe Win — including Aviator, Fish Games and any other titles added to the library — use certified random number generation (RNG) or provably fair mechanisms. Game outcomes are not influenced by the platform, by previous results or by the size of the player's balance.

Aviator uses a provably fair system developed by Spribe. The multiplier for each round is determined before the round begins using a combination of server and client seeds. Players may verify any round's outcome using the built-in verification tool. The game continues until the multiplier crashes — players who have not cashed out before the crash lose their bet for that round.

Fish Games operate on a skill and probability combined model. The value of caught fish is determined by the game's RNG at the point of capture. Using third-party software, bots or automated clicking tools to play Fish Games is strictly prohibited.

• Technical faults during a game round will result in the round being voided and the stake returned.
• If a game disconnects mid-round, the round result will be determined by the server record, not the client's last visible state.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes per game are displayed within the game interface.
• Spribe Win is not responsible for losses incurred due to the player's own internet connection issues.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Spribe Win. Violation of any of these rules may result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account, including under a different name, email address or phone number.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches or errors in the platform's software for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using deposits from a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Any action that Spribe Win reasonably believes constitutes money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity.
• Abusing the bonus system, including creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing members of the Spribe Win support team or other players.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

Spribe Win may suspend or permanently close any player account at our discretion if we have reason to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, is involved in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, all funds held on the account may be frozen pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the funds may be forfeited. If the investigation finds no breach, the funds will be released and the account reinstated or closed with a full payout at the player's request.

Players may also choose to voluntarily close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and unsettled bets) will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Accounts that have self-excluded through the Responsible Gaming tools will be closed for the duration of the exclusion period.

10. Privacy & Data

Spribe Win collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. The key points are:

• Your personal data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing and fraud prevention.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is stored securely and encrypted in transit and at rest.

11. Responsible Gaming

If you continue to use the platform after updated Terms have been published, you are deemed to have accepted the revised version. If you do not agree to a revision, you may close your account and withdraw your real-money balance before the revised Terms take effect.
